NSW: Man acquitted of stabbing murder says sorry =2

Ms Pov said her brother was a happy person who loved his family.

"I loved my brother. I loved him with all my heart," she said sobbing.

"He was a very happy person, he was outgoing, he loved his family no matter what."

This was the second trial for Sen after the first trial late last year was abortedbecause of media coverage.

During the trial Crown prosecutor Margaret Cunneen told the court that on the dateof the alleged murder Sen lived above a bakery in Maroubra, where the two brothers worked.

"The accused had made a number of complaints about the noise coming from the bakeryin the early hours of the morning," Ms Cunneen said.

Although the brothers operated the shop at the specified business hours, they oftenbaked outside restricted times, she said.

Early on February 27, 2001, Ms Phann drove Phealy, then 23, to work.

Ms Cunneen said Sen scratched Ms Phann's car, which was parked outside the bakery, while she was sitting inside it.

Phealy Pov went up to Sen's flat and demanded to know why Sen had scratched his mother's car.

A fight broke out and both Phealy and Polrithy were allegedly assaulted by Sen.

Polrithy also was stabbed seven times in the chest, back, arms and abdomen, and Phealy twice.

Ambulance officers could not save 28-year-old Polrithy.
